Nags Head Sunrise 5k Beach Race Series - Epstein St. Beach Access
The Nags Head Sunrise event is part of the Outer Banks Sunrise 5k/1 Mile Beach Race Series presented by Village Realty. It takes place on the beaches of Nags Head at Epstein St Beach Access, located at 5701 S Virginia Dare Trail (milepost 14.5), Nags Head, NC 27959.

The race is described as family and walker friendly and uses chip timing. The 5k includes awards for top male and female finishers overall (1st–3rd), first place male and female aged 14 and under, and first place male and female Masters (40 and over). There is no pre-race day packet pickup; early packet pickup and late registration options are noted, and walk-up registration is available on the event morning at the race location.
Race fees include a chip-timed entry, event t-shirt, a post-race cold breakfast and refreshments, and a finisher medal. Fee levels listed are Adult $45 and Youth 17 and Under $40.
