My Name'5 Doddie Charity Race

This charity running event takes place at Gypsy Brae Recreation Ground in Edinburgh. The course uses the wide, flat tarmac paths of the recreation ground and Silverknowes Promenade.

The event offers three distances: a Kids 1K Fun Run, a 5K race, and a 10K race. There are age limits for the longer races: the 5K is for ages 11 and over, and the 10K is for ages 15 and over.

All finishers receive a medal. Post-run snacks and drinks are provided. There are prizes for the first, second, and third male and female finishers in both the 5K and 10K races.
