My Name'5 Doddie Charity Race 2026
The My Name'5 Doddie Charity Race is a community running event held at the Gypsy Brae Recreation Ground and Silverknowes Promenade in Edinburgh. The course features wide, flat tarmac paths along the waterfront, accommodating different experience levels and participants of various ages.
Participants can choose from three distinct distances:
- 10 km: Open to participants aged 15 and over.
- 5 km: Open to participants aged 11 and over.
- 1 km Kids Fun Run: Open to all ages.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation and Cramond Primary School. All finishers receive a medal upon crossing the line. In addition to the race medals, prizes are awarded to the first, second, and third place male and female finishers in the 5 km and 10 km categories.
