MV Hospital Sullivan 5K Run/Walk
The event takes place on August 22, 2026, in Washington Park, Chapman Avenue, Oak Bluffs, MA. It comprises a community 5K run and walk along with a short children's dash in the park. The 5K course is USA Track & Field certified and runs through East Chop, offering views of Nantucket Sound. The event will be held rain or shine.

The Kid's Dash occurs in Washington Park before the 5K events. Public parking near Washington Park and Oak Bluffs Harbor is limited; the event encourages alternate travel such as carpooling, biking, or walking when possible. Strollers and leashed pets are permitted; participants with strollers or pets are asked to remain toward the back of the pack and use caution during the course.
Commemorative T-shirts will be distributed to the first 300 registered participants. Bib and T-shirt pickup is scheduled the day before at the MV Hospital main lobby and on race day at Washington Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
