Musky Fun Run
The Musky Fun Run takes place in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin on August 8, 2026. The 5K and 10K courses begin at the Boulder Junction Chamber of Commerce and run through the Northwoods on gently rolling asphalt roads, woodland and paved trails.

- 10K course on paved roads and trails
- 5K course on paved roads and trails
- 1K Kids race for children 10 and under
- 100 yard dash Kids Race
5K and 10K Run/Walk divisions award medals to the top three males and top three females in these age categories: 12 & under; 13-16; 17-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+. Award plaques are presented to the top male and top female overall.
Kid’s races (10 and under) include the 1K and the 100 yard dash. Medals will be given to the top two finishers in the 1K and a participation prize is provided to each entrant. Kid’s races do not include a complimentary t-shirt or bib; a limited quantity of kids shirts will be available for sale on the day of the event.
Registration fees list pre-registration for the 5K and 10K at $35 and walk-in registration at $40. The 1K and 100 yard kids races are free. Registration includes race entry, chip timing for the timed events, a t-shirt and morning refreshments. Check-in is at the Boulder Junction Sports & Recreation Park (5352 Park Street).
