Musky Fun Run
The Musky Fun Run is a community road race held during the Musky Jamboree weekend in August in Boulder Junction, Wisconsin. The event takes place at the Boulder Junction Sports and Recreation Park and includes adult and children’s distances as part of the three-day festival.
Distances:
- 5K race and walk
- 10K race and walk
- 1K kids race
- 100-yard dash for children
The 5K and 10K are chip timed and include a cotton unisex T-shirt, refreshments, and a bib. Awards for those distances include medals for the top three males and top three females in multiple age categories and plaques for the top male and top female overall. Kid’s races award medals to the top two finishers and provide a participation prize for each entrant.
Registration opens on June 1 and closes in early August. Published entry fees list a pre-registration rate and a higher walk-in rate. The event notes that no refunds or transfers are allowed for any reason. Strollers and leashed pets are permitted. Parking is available at the ballpark and the Flats near the chamber office.
