2026 Muskoka Marathon
The event takes place over two days at Santa's Village in Bracebridge, Ontario. The runs follow the Muskoka River. It is an Athletics Ontario-sanctioned race. The marathon is described as a certified 2028 BQ course.
The offered distances are:
- 1.5 km (kids' run)
- 5 km
- 10 km
- 21.1 km (half marathon)
- 42.2 km (marathon)
The course is flat and features hydration stations every 2.5 km. For Sunday's marathon participants, a free shuttle bus operates from parking to the start, and the cut-off time is five hours. All participants receive a GPS-enabled race bib, a wooden finisher medallion, emailed results, and a running shoe bag.
Family fun is available at Santa's Village with a live DJ and an MC. Participants receive a 25% discount on admission to the park on October 3 or 4, 2026.
