Bracebridge Triathlon and Duathlon, July 11 and 12 2026
A two day triathlon and duathlon event hosted at Annie Williams Park on the banks of the Muskoka River in Bracebridge, Ontario. The event takes place across July 11 and July 12, 2026.
Event formats include:
- Olympic Distance Triathlon - 1500 m swim, 40 km bike
- Olympic Distance Swim Bike - 1500 m swim, 40 km bike
- International Distance Duathlon
- Sprint Triathlon
- Sprint Swim Bike
- Sprint Duathlon
- Give-It-A-Tri and Give-It-A-Tri Swim Bike
- Relay entries for several distances
Venue and logistics: the transition area is grassy and overlooks the swim course. Parking is available next to the venue. Registration, food, awards, and the finish line are located close to each other. The bike course passes by Santa's summer home.
Registration notes: online registration closes on Thursday, July 9 at 12 PM or when event entry limits are reached. Registrations received by June 14 receive a race specific T-shirt; registrations after June 14 receive a series T-shirt. Participants may opt out of selecting a T-shirt for a CA$5 discount.
Policies: a valid Triathlon Ontario membership or a one day Triathlon Ontario fee is required. The refund policy provides 75% refunds four weeks prior, 25% refunds two weeks prior, and no refunds within two weeks of the event; processing fees apply. Transfers between sub-events, participants, or events are allowed under specified fees and timing rules.
Communications schedule: a pre event notice on July 1 will include course details, a final event notice on July 9 will include bib numbers and start information, and a post race report the week of July 13 will include photos and results.
