Event overview
The event is hosted at Annie Williams Memorial Park on the banks of the Muskoka River in Bracebridge, Ontario. It spans a weekend of triathlon and duathlon races with individual and relay formats across multiple distances.
Course and venue features include a grassy transition area that overlooks the swim course, parking available next to the venue, and close proximity of registration, food, awards, and the finish line. The bike route passes by Santa’s summer home.

Key registration details are provided for each sub event. Online registration closes on Thursday July 9 at 12 PM or when entry limits are reached. Participants who register by June 14 receive a race specific t-shirt; registrations after that date receive a series t-shirt. A $5 discount is available for opting out of the t-shirt selection.
Refund policy summary:
- 75% refund available four weeks prior to the event
- 25% refund available two weeks prior to the event
- No refunds within two weeks of the event Processing fees apply to all refunds.
Transfer options and associated fees are defined for sub-event transfers, participant to participant transfers, and event to event transfers. A valid Triathlon Ontario membership or one day fee is required at checkout. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
