Music & Miles Half Marathon & Relay
The event takes place at Citizens Bank Stadium, Elizabethton High School. It is the 6th annual half marathon. The course starts and finishes at the stadium, with most of the route on the Tweetsie Trail. There will be entertainment and music along the way.

- Solo - Half Marathon Individual
- Band - 2-4 Person Relay
- Multi - Half Marathon Individual & First Leg Relay
- Remix - Virtual Half Marathon
Packet pickup and late registration is available on Friday, April 24 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm and on Saturday, April 25 until 7:00 am at the stadium. The race is timed by We Run Events using B-tags. The event allows baby strollers (to start at the back) and leashed, well-behaved dogs. Headphones are permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
