Music & Miles Half Marathon & Relay
The Music & Miles Half Marathon & Relay takes place on April 25, 2026 in Elizabethton, Tennessee, with the event base at Citizens Bank Stadium on the Elizabethton High School campus. The course is described as a fast route that starts and finishes at the high school football stadium, with the majority of distance along the Tweetsie Trail and roadside entertainment and music along portions of the course.
The event program includes a solo half marathon, an option that serves as an individual entry or the first leg of a relay, a two to four person relay, and a virtual half marathon entry. Packet pickup and late registration are held at Citizens Bank Stadium on the day before the event and on race day at the stadium.
Participation rules require all entrants to be registered and to wear their official race bib while on course. Runners must follow the designated route; off-course shortcuts may result in disqualification. The event is open to runners, walkers, and wheelchair athletes. No bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades are permitted. Baby strollers are allowed toward the back of the starting pack, and well behaved, leashed dogs are permitted. Headphones are allowed but participants should remain alert at intersections.
