Murphy's Mission

Murphy’s Mission is a dog-and-run fundraiser held at Christie Lake Conservation Area in Dundas, Ontario. The event offers multiple ways to participate: a 5K Canicross (dog and runner tethered), a 10K Canicross (two 5K loops), a Human-Run 5K or 10K, and a 5K Fun Walk with or without a dog. The scenic 5K loop features grass, gravel, rolling hills, and double-track trails, with chip timing and waves for canicross teams.

The gathering is beginner-friendly and dog-friendly, with swag bags, fundraising prizes, and space for dogs on leash. Proceeds benefit Hamilton Animal Services’ adoption program, supporting medical care, enrichment, and outreach. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
