Mumbles Triathlon
Mumbles Triathlon takes place on 26 September 2026. The event features a sea swim in Mumbles Bay, a hilly bike route around the Gower Peninsula and a fast, flat run along the seafront. It is listed as an Ocean Lava qualifier and is noted as suitable for club championships.
The event offers two distance options with specific swim, bike and run lengths. Entry fees are shown for each distance and a payment plan is available.
- Olympic distance: 1500m swim / 42km bike / 10k run
- Sprint distance: 750m swim / 32km bike / 5km run
Course structure includes lap counts for each leg. For the Olympic distance the swim and run use two laps and the bike uses one lap; the sprint distance uses one lap for each leg.
