Mumbles Triathlon : 04 September 2027

Mumbles Triathlon is a multi-distance triathlon held at Mumbles with a sea swim in Mumbles Bay, a bike course around the Gower Peninsula and a run along the seafront. The bike course is described as hilly and the run as fast and flat. The event is listed as an Ocean Lava qualifier and is noted as suitable for club championships.

Two distance options are offered:

Olympic Distance: 1500m swim, 42km bike, 10k run
Sprint Distance: 750m swim, 32km bike, 5km run

The Olympic course includes multiple laps for some disciplines as listed in the course materials; the Sprint course is shown as single laps. Entry pricing is given by distance, with the sprint entry listed from £79 and the Olympic entry listed at £99. A payment plan is available.
