Mullaghcarn Giant

The Mullaghcarn Giant Race, organized by Carmen Runners, takes place in County Tyrone and features a challenging 12 km course with a total ascent of 500 meters. Runners will summit Mullaghcarn, the southernmost peak of the Sperrins, and navigate through varied terrain, making trail shoes highly recommended. The route is fully marked and supported by marshals.

Participants are required to carry mandatory safety gear, including a waterproof jacket and a charged mobile phone. The event promotes community involvement, encouraging volunteers to assist in its organization. Prizegiving will occur at Gortin Glens Forest Park.
