Mujeres & Marigolds Trail Run
Mujeres & Marigolds is a women's only trail running event held on October 24, 2026 at Rocky Hill Ranch in Smithville, Texas. The event has a 500 runner maximum cap and a 24 hour overall cutoff for the event.
Distances offered:
- 100 km : four loops
- 50 km : two loops
- 25 km : one loop
- 10 km : one loop
- 5 km : one loop
- 100 km relay
The course features small climbs and many rollers. The 25k and 10k are run as individual loop routes. There are three full aid stations located on course, including a main aid station. Aid stations are stocked with drinks, sodas, sweets, salty snacks, PB&J, hot and savory options, medical supplies (no NSAIDs), and feminine care products. The event operates cupless at aid stations, so runners should carry reusable cups, bottles, or hydration packs.
Drop bags are collected and staged at aid stations. Pacers are permitted for the 100 km after runners have completed half of the distance or once it is dark. Parking requires park entry payment per day at bib pickup; the site offers free camping and shower facilities, and RV options are available at the ranch. Event apparel and finisher awards include shirts and hoodies, medals for shorter distances and a buckle for 50 km and 100 km finishes. Winner and masters awards are given by distance and category.
