Cowboy YETI : Bastrop, TX, January 23, 2027
The Cowboy YETI is a trail running event held at Bastrop State Park in Bastrop, Texas on January 23, 2027. The event is organized by Texas Outlaw Running and includes multiple distances that use the park's dirt and rocky single-track trails. The main loop is a 20K route that begins and ends at the State Park Refectory and is used repeatedly for longer distances.

The course shows about 800 feet of elevation gain per 20K loop. The event is fully marked and supported with aid stations offering food and hydration. There are photography and finish recognitions including finisher medals and a 100K silver buckle. Race gear distribution and certain apparel items have registration cutoffs for guaranteed sizes.
Logistics note: most distances park at Mayfest Park and are shuttled to the start; the 100K uses parking at the Refectory at Bastrop State Park. Pacers are allowed on the last two loops of the 100K with a limit of one pacer per participant. No disposable cups are provided so participants should bring a personal water-carrying system.
