The MudHen Brewing Co. IPA 5K & Little Hen Mile takes place on April 25, 2026, in Wildwood, New Jersey at MudHen Brewing Company, 127 W. Rio Grande Ave. The event includes two races:
- 5K
- 1 mile (Little Hen Mile)
The Little Hen Mile is open to ages 1 to 12 and is scheduled to follow the 5K awards ceremony. The 5K course runs through Wildwood. Participants aged 21 and over receive a MudHen beer token redeemable inside the restaurant or at the beer trailer; the token is valid April 24-26. Registered 5K participants receive a t-shirt. Medals and other prizes are awarded for the 5K. MudHen IPA 5K and MudHen Brewing Co. merchandise will be available on site.
Logistics and schedule notes
A pre-race party and early check-in are planned at the MudHen patio on the day before the race. There is a mandatory athlete check-in at the MudHen Brewing Co. parking lot on race morning. New athlete registration closes on race morning, and check-in continues for pre-registered athletes. Little Hen Mile registration closes the day before the event. Registration fees listed on the event page show the 5K at $45 (previously $55) and the Little Hen Mile at $10; the 5K price increases after January 31, 2026.
