Muddy Princess Pittsburgh
Muddy Princess Pittsburgh is a 5K obstacle mud run for women held at Switchback MX, 2469 William Flynn Hwy, Butler, PA 16001, on June 14, 2026. The event features more than 18 obstacles and a muddy outdoor course. It is open to female participants from 7 years old onwards. Participants may run, jog or walk the course.
The event lists standard and VIP ticket options. Standard inclusion highlights a headband, bracelet, sticker, temporary tattoo, eBook, finisher medal, digital photos, a fun warm up, hydration points and a rinse off station. The VIP option adds a VIP registration tent, tutu, waterproof pouch, exclusive t-shirt, sunglasses, event parking and bag check. The event partners with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and notes donations to that cause.
Volunteer roles are available with multiple shift types including full day, half day morning, half day afternoon and sample bag packing the day before. Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Male volunteers may pack sample bags and assist with bag drop but are not able to participate in the race. Volunteer benefits vary by shift and can include race entry or a donation to an organization, a volunteer t-shirt, sample bag, sandwich and water, free event day parking, a finisher medal for some shifts, digital photos and a community service certificate on request.
