Muddy Princess Nashville is a women-only 5K obstacle mud run held at Music City Raceway, 3302 Ivey Point Rd, Goodlettsville, TN. The event on May 31, 2026 features more than 18 obstacles across a muddy course.
The event is open to females from 7 years old onwards and welcomes a range of abilities; participants may run, jog, or walk the course. The format is non-competitive and places emphasis on teamwork and enjoyment rather than racing.
There are multiple ticket tiers including Standard and VIP. Standard entries include items such as a headband, bracelet, sticker, tattoo, eBook, finishers medal, digital photos, warm up, hydration points and a rinse off station. VIP includes additional items such as a VIP registration tent, tutu, waterproof pouch, exclusive T-shirt, event parking and bag check.
Volunteer roles are available with full-day, half-day and sample-bag packing shifts. Volunteers must be 16 years or older; female volunteers are preferred, while male volunteers may assist with bag packing and bag drop but cannot participate in the race. Volunteer benefits vary by shift and can include a free mud run, finishers medal, volunteer t-shirt, sample bag, sandwich and water, free event parking and a community service certificate on request.
