Muddy Dash Honolulu - Event overview
Muddy Dash Honolulu is a family friendly 5K mud run in Honolulu, HI on October 10, 2026. The course features obstacles, mud pits and slides, with about a dozen named "Muddy Moments" that require running, walking, crawling, wading, slipping or sliding. Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist-deep. The event is untimed and costumes are welcome.
A Pre-Party offers music, a DJ, dancing and photo opportunities before the run. The finish area hosts an After-Party with a DJ, music, dancing, food trucks and beverages.
Registration options include a value package with a race bib, finisher medal and access to the post-race party, and a VIP package that adds VIP check-in, a tour T-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, sunglasses, a temporary tattoo and a silicone wristband.
Logistics noted by the organizer include a recommendation to use pre-packet pickup to avoid a same-day $5 cash check-in fee if picking up on site; people may pick up packets for others if the online waiver is signed and confirmation is presented. Bag check is available for $5 at the event. Venue parking may charge up to $20 in cash, though some venues may charge by card only and updates are sent by email. Light quick-dry gear is recommended.
