Muddy Dash - Honolulu
The Muddy Dash is an obstacle event held in Honolulu, Hawaii. The course consists of several miles of varied terrain where participants encounter approximately 12 "Muddy Moments." These stations require participants to run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide to progress through the route. Mud pits along the course are designed to be no deeper than waist-deep, ensuring participants do not need to swim.
This event focuses on a non-competitive atmosphere, and the race is not timed. Participants are welcome to wear costumes. The registration includes:

A festival area is available following the event, featuring music, food vendors, and interactions with various sponsors. Spectators can access the festival area and watch the event at no cost.
