Muddy Dash - Charlotte
The Muddy Dash is an obstacle event held at Porter Farms in Concord, North Carolina. The course spans several miles and features approximately 12 interactive stations including mud pits, slides, and crawl sections. Mud pits are designed to reach a maximum depth of waist-deep to ensure participants do not need to swim.
The event focuses on a non-competitive experience without official timing. Participants move through the course by running, walking, crawling, and wading. Costumes are permitted for all entrants. Registrations are organized into waves to manage the flow of participants throughout the day.
Two registration tiers are available for the event:
- Value Registration: Includes a race bib, a finisher medal, access to the post-race party, and course entry.
- VIP Registration: Includes all standard items plus a specialized tour t-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, sunglasses, temporary tattoo, and silicone wristband.
The venue provides a festival area featuring music, community fellowship, and merchandise competitions. Packet pickup is scheduled for the day prior to the race at the venue. Participants opting for race-day pickup are subject to a cash-only fee. A bag check service is available on-site for a fee, and the venue may charge for parking. Spectators are permitted to enter the festival area and viewing sections without an admission charge.
