Muddy Dash Boston is a mud run event taking place on August 1, 2026 at 508 INTL- Adventure Sports Center in Boston, MA. The event features a 5K course with multiple obstacles, mud pits, slides, and about a dozen "Muddy Moments" that require running, walking, crawling, wading, slipping, or sliding. Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist deep and the course is presented as non-competitive with no official timing.
The event includes a pre-party and an after-party at the finish area with a DJ, music, food trucks, cold drinks, and beer. Participants may wear costumes. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at the venue; if a packet is picked up on race day a cash fee is charged per packet. Gear check is available at the event for a fee paid on site.
