Muddy Dash Boston takes place on August 1, 2026 at 508 INTL- Adventure Sports Center in Boston, MA. The event is presented as a 5K mud run that includes obstacles, mud pits, and slides. Light quick-dry gear is recommended. Kids are welcome subject to event rules.
The course is described as containing about a dozen "Muddy Moments" where participants may run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide. Mud pits are stated to be no deeper than waist deep. The event is non-competitive and is not focused on timing; costumes are permitted.
Event day activity is framed by a Pre-Party and an After-Party. The Pre-Party includes music, a DJ, dancing, and photo opportunities. The After-Party at the finish features a DJ, music, food, beer, cold drinks, and food trucks.
