About the race
Mudder's Day Madness Mud Run is an obstacle mud run held at Montvale. The event began with its first Montvale edition the day before Mother’s Day 2013 and is scheduled again for May 8, 2027.
The marked course features rolling trails and more than twenty obstacles, and the route includes a dip in the lake. Named elements on the course include Adversity Hill, the Tire Traverse, and the A-Frame Climb. Runners aged 8 and older may compete individually or as part of a team. Costumes are encouraged and the most creative entries may receive an award. Vendors, music, and refreshments are onsite for participants, fans, friends, and families, with views of the surrounding area.

Proceeds from the event support Harmony Family Center’s therapeutic programming at Montvale Springs. Funded programs include the equine therapy program and therapeutic camps for foster and adoptive children and families. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
