Mudder's Day Madness Mud Run

Mudder’s Day Madness Mud Run is an annual obstacle event held at Montvale and scheduled for May 9, 2026 as the 14th running. The event features a marked trail course with rolling terrain, more than twenty obstacles, and a lake crossing. Named obstacles include Adversity Hill, the Tire Traverse, and the A-Frame Climb. Costumes are encouraged and a prize may be awarded for the most creative.

Course details, participants, and purpose

Runners aged 8 and older may race independently or as part of a team. A new Fun Run has been added for participants aged 4 and older; it takes place after the 5K and includes several obstacles. Vendors, music, and refreshments will be onsite for participants and spectators. Funds raised support Harmony Family Center’s therapeutic programming at Camp Montvale, including equine therapy and therapeutic camps for foster and adoptive children and families.
