Event
Mudder's Day Madness Mud Run is scheduled for May 9, 2026 as the 14th annual event. The first Mud Run at Montvale took place the day before Mother’s Day in 2013. Registration for the May 9, 2026 event will open in January 2026.
Course and participation
The event features a marked course with rolling trails, more than twenty obstacles, and a lake dip. Named obstacles include Adversity Hill, the Tire Traverse, and the A-Frame Climb. Costumes are encouraged and awards may be given for the most creative. Vendors, music, and refreshments will be onsite.

- 5K course with obstacles
- Fun Run, a bit over a mile
Runners aged 8 and older may register to race independently or with a team. The Fun Run is open to participants aged 4 and older and takes place after the 5K.
Purpose
Proceeds from the event support Harmony’s therapeutic programming at Camp Montvale, including equine therapy and therapeutic camps for foster and adoptive children and families. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
