The MTC MizMal ® is a challenging ultra running event spanning 618 miles across Ireland from Mizen Head to Malin Head over fourteen days. Each day features a distinct ultra-distance stage, averaging over 44 miles daily, with routes inspired by the Wild Atlantic Cycling path. The race celebrates Irish myths and legends, with each day's stage named after a mythical figure, offering a unique cultural experience.
Competitors receive personalized race shirts, hi-viz jackets, and a free pair of running shoes. The event includes bespoke medals for each day and a trophy for finishers.
