The MTC MizMal ® is a challenging ultra running event spanning 618 miles across Ireland from Mizen Head to Malin Head over fourteen days. Each day features an individual ultra-distance stage, averaging over 44 miles daily, with a total ascent of nearly 18,000 feet. The route follows the Wild Atlantic Cycling's MizMal ® path, showcasing Ireland's scenic west coast and rich mythology, with each stage named after Irish myths and legends.
Participants receive personalized race shirts, hi-viz jackets, and a free pair of running shoes. The event offers bespoke medals for each day and a trophy for finishers, emphasizing endurance, cultural heritage, and camaraderie in a demanding multi-day race.
