The MTC MizMal ® is a challenging ultra running event spanning 618 miles across Ireland from Mizen Head to Malin Head over fourteen days. Each day features an individual ultra-distance stage, averaging over 44 miles daily, with a total ascent of nearly 18,000 feet. The route follows the MizMal ® cycling path along Ireland's west coast, offering a mix of scenic landscapes and cultural experiences.
Participants receive personalized race shirts, hi-viz jackets, and a free pair of running shoes. Finishers earn a bespoke trophy and 15 unique medals representing each day's myth-inspired stage.
