The MTC MizMal ® is a challenging 14-day ultra running event covering approximately 612 miles from Mizen Head to Malin Head, Ireland’s southernmost to northernmost points. Part of the Mount to Coast End to End Challenge Series, it features daily ultra distances averaging over 44 miles, with stages named after Irish myths and legends. The route closely follows the Wild Atlantic Cycling path along Ireland’s west coast, offering diverse terrain and cultural experiences.
