MTC Black Anise

The MTC Black Anise is a 38-mile ultra marathon held in England, forming Day 3 of the 13-day Mount to Coast Albion End to End Challenge. The race starts at Premier Inn Lancaster and finishes at Premier Inn Wigan North, following the same route as the MTC JOGLE event but with shorter daily distances. The course features a total ascent of 1,578 feet and descent of 1,307 feet.

Competitors must maintain a minimum pace of 4 mph to continue. The event offers bespoke medals and trophies, with optional race apparel. Navigation is supported by provided maps, GPX files, and real-time tracking.
