Mt. Moriah 5K
The Mt. Moriah 5K is scheduled for November 7, 2026 in Camden, SC and starts and ends at Mt. Moriah Outreach Inc. Net proceeds support local Thanksgiving meals; since 2021 the event has helped provide more than 3,000 Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. The event proceeds are used for community meal distribution.
The course is certified by USATF and is part of the Columbia Running Club Tour de Columbia. The route is described as a fast down-and-out with a minimal incline toward the turnaround. Leashed dogs are permitted on the course. The event is held rain or shine and entry fees are nonrefundable.
Packet pickup is available at Crossfit Soda City, 1340 Old Dairy Dr Ste B, Columbia, SC on October 29, 2025, and at Mt. Moriah Outreach Inc., 813 Broad Street, Camden, SC on October 31, 2025, with additional pickup on race day. The guarantee date for race shirts is October 17, 2025; shirts will not be held beyond that deadline.
Awards are presented for the top three men and women overall, top three men and women masters (40 and over), and top three men and women in age categories starting at 14 and under and continuing in five year increments up to 75 and over.
