Clinic Classic 5K and one mile Run and Walk
The Clinic Classic is scheduled for April 25, 2026 in Camden, South Carolina. The event is organized by the Community Medical Clinic of Kershaw County and all proceeds benefit the clinic, which provides primary care services to uninsured and underserved residents of Kershaw County.
The event offers the following distances:
- 5K USATF certified course through Camden historic district
- one mile run and walk
Entry fees and registration notes include a $30 fee for the one mile event and a $35 fee for the 5K with timing chip. A $5 late registration surcharge applies after March 26. Fees include event entry and a t shirt; shirts are not guaranteed for registrations after March 26.
Packet pick up is available at the Community Medical Clinic at 110C East DeKalb Street on April 23 and April 24 from 4 PM to 6:30 PM, and packets are also available at Lyttleton Street United Methodist Church on race day.
Awards for the 5K will be presented to the top male and top female finishers and to winners in age groups. After the race there will be refreshments, raffle prizes, and an award ceremony.
A Clinic Classic Challenge invites Kershaw County elementary and middle schools to compete for a $500 prize at each level; winners are determined by highest participation percentage based on school enrollment.
