5k Ugly Sweater Run x Tamarack Brewing
The event is an untimed 5k fun run hosted by the Montana Brewery Running Series at Tamarack Brewing Co in Missoula. Participants start and finish at the brewery taproom and follow a marked route through the surrounding neighborhood. The course is open to traffic, so participants must follow all traffic laws.
Registration includes one craft brew from Tamarack Brewing at the finish, a choice of Brewery Running Series swag (collector’s pint glass or a seasonal item), and entry into a prize drawing with merch, beer, and other items. The post-run area features music, games, giveaways, and partner booths. Ten percent of proceeds support local nonprofits. An ugliest sweater contest awards tickets for a future event.
Event guidelines note that valid ID is required to receive alcoholic beverages; attendees under 21 receive a nonalcoholic beverage instead. The event proceeds rain or shine, and there is no bag check. Dogs and strollers are allowed with care; attendees should check Tamarack Brewing’s policies before bringing them.
