Movement and Connection
Movement and Connection takes place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, in Nashville, TN at The Exchange Running Collective (966 Woodland St). Organized by Rising Hearts, Sin Miedo, and The Exchange Running Collective, the program combines a community run, a film screening, and a group conversation.
The evening includes a community run hosted by The Exchange Running Collective, followed by a screening of the documentary Run in Beauty. The film follows a Diné woman preparing for a 100-mile endurance race while reconnecting with cultural roots through guidance from her grandmother. After the screening, there is a Q&A and a community conversation about stories, traditions, and connections that shape relationships with running and the land.
