MOTM and MWC Reindeer Run 5K
The event is the 20th anniversary of the Mebane on the Move and Mebane Woman's Club annual 5K race and fundraiser, held in downtown Mebane on December 19, 2026. The course distance is 5K and the gathering address is 107 E. Clay Street, Mebane, NC 27302.
Registration opens on 2026-09-18 and closes on 2026-12-13. Fees are $35 for adults if registered by 2026-12-13 and $45 from 2026-12-14 through race day; youth 12 and under pay $25 by 2026-12-13 and $35 from 2026-12-14 through race day. Technical race shirts are guaranteed to 5K participants who register by 2026-11-27; after that shirts are first come, first served. No refunds.
Packet pickup is available Friday, December 18, 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Mebane Arts & Community Center, 633 Corregidor St; use the side entrance to the right of the main entrance. Race day pickup will be at the registration table at 107 E. Clay Street.
Water and post race refreshments will be provided. Strollers and walkers are encouraged to participate. Pets are not allowed.
Teams are an option; team groups can be announced by the emcee at check in. Parking for participants and volunteers is available at Buffaloe Lanes. Parking at Dollar General is prohibited and vehicles may be towed. Ruffin Street will be blocked between 2nd and 4th during the race.
