About the race
The Mother's Day Classic in Colac is a community run and walk held at the Colac Botanic Gardens. Participants cover a 3.3 km loop that follows the Upper Track through garden surrounds; the course is mostly flat and completed by doing multiple laps, with finish lines located close to the event village and guided by pink Mother's Day Classic flags.
Event facilities and arrangements include on-site check-in at the Colac Botanic Gardens, parking available along Queens Avenue, a coffee cart and bacon and egg sandwiches, and public toilets. The course is pram and wheelchair friendly. The event is presented with an MC from OCR FM and operates as a fun run/walk with no official run timing on the day. Attendees are advised to bring their own water. Dogs are not permitted at this venue. Registrations for this event have closed.
