Mother's Day Beauchamp 10K, 5K, and Keiki Runs - Moanalua Community Park and Moanalua Gardens
The event on May 10, 2026 includes timed running races at Moanalua Community Park with courses that use the adjacent Moanalua Gardens. Distances offered:
- 10K
- 5K
- 1 mile Keiki Run
The 5K and 10K courses begin at the Community Park, enter Moanalua Gardens to loop among the monkeypod trees including the Hitachi monkeypod, then follow a bikepath near the freeway to the 5K turnaround. The 10K continues about 1.5 miles into Moanalua Valley, turns at Moanalua Valley Neighborhood Park and returns along a mostly downhill route to finish in the Gardens. The keiki run is a loop inside the grassy area of Moanalua Gardens.
Stroller divisions are available for the 10K and 5K. Most of the course is on smooth pavement, but portions of the bikepath are bumpy and the Gardens loop is on grass. Race registration includes an all day pass to Moanalua Gardens and mothers receive a finisher rose. Post run refreshments will be available in the Gardens.
Restrooms are available at Moanalua Community Park, Moanalua Gardens, and on the 10K course at Moanalua Valley Neighborhood Park. Early packet pick up is scheduled for May 9, 2026, 1 to 3 pm at Runners HI, Pearl Kai, 98-199 Kamehameha Hwy, Suite C-10, Aiea. Awards will recognize the top three overall male and female finishers and top three finishers in each five year age group. Mother and child team entries are scored by combined time and the second team member receives a discounted registration fee. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
