Logistics include multiple packet pickup options on the days prior to the race at Salt Lake Running Co. in Centerville and at Riverside Park in Morgan. There is no packet pickup on race morning. Packets contain sponsor samples, a race bib with timing chip, and a T-shirt. A picture ID is required to collect a packet; someone else may pick up a packet if they present the runner’s ID or a photo of the ID.
The races use timing chips on the bib; runners must wear the bib facing forward and keep the chip on the course. The roads are not closed to traffic, so runners should use caution and are responsible for knowing the course. Aid stations begin at mile 2 and occur every other mile, offering water, electrolyte drinks, GU gels, coke and other items. Toilets are available at the park and at specified aid station locations. Time limits are set for each distance and overall and age group awards are given by gender. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
