Thanksgiving Day Races
The South Davis Race Series holds Thanksgiving Day races in Bountiful, Utah on November 26, 2026. The event program includes three distances and a range of race-day services.

Packet pickup is available the night before at the South Davis Recreation Center and the morning of the race in the Bountiful Junior High gym attached to the recreation facility at 550 North 200 West, Bountiful, Utah 84010. Facility parking is available; nearby street parking and an offsite elementary school are also used for overflow.
Course and aid details differ by distance. The 10K begins at the front of the recreation facility, follows 200 West north to Pages Lane, continues west, and includes two aid stations; racers are asked to stay on sidewalks or in bike lanes when possible. The 5K uses a mostly right-turn, flat route with one aid station near Porter Lane and Main Street; roads are not closed for the race. The 1K runs around the facility parking lot and returns to the same lot; younger children should be accompanied by an adult and all 1K runners should be aware of parking lot traffic.
Timing uses chip technology. Participant packets include a gender specific long sleeve technical shirt, a finisher medal, and a custom bib. Awards are given by overall and age divisions, with additional weight categories for some distances. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
