South Davis Thanksgiving Day Races, Bountiful UT
The event features three community running races held at the South Davis Recreation Center in Bountiful, Utah on November 26, 2026. Distances include a 10 kilometer race, a family 5 kilometer race, and a 1 kilometer youth race that starts and finishes on the facility grounds.

Packet pick up is available the evening before the race at the recreation center and on the morning of the event in the Bountiful Junior High gym adjacent to the facility. Parking is available in the facility lot, on nearby streets, and at Meadowbrook Elementary as an offsite lot. A back parking lot on 400 N is used as the finish area and may be closed to general parking.
Course notes: the 10K departs from the front of the recreation facility, follows 200 West to Pages Lane, and includes two aid stations. The 5K uses a mostly flat course with all right turns and one aid station near the midpoint at Porter Lane and Main Street. Roads are not closed for the races; participants are asked to stay on sidewalks or in bike lanes where possible and to use caution.
Timing and awards: chip timing is provided. Participant items include a long sleeve technical shirt, a finisher medal, a custom bib, post-race drinks and snacks, and sponsor samples. Overall and age-division awards are given; overall prizes for some distances include turkeys and division prizes include pies. Registration closes the Monday before the race at 11:59 PM MST and race day registration is available during packet pick up. Masks are required at packet pick up and when lining up; children under five should be accompanied by an adult for the 1K. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
