Morey's Boardwalk Bier Run
Morey’s Boardwalk Bier Run is a beach and boardwalk fun run held in Wildwood, New Jersey on September 19, 2026. The event follows a roughly 2-mile course that starts and finishes at PigDog Beach at the oceanfront end of Mariner’s Pier. The route follows the high tide line north to Surfside Pier, includes a beverage stop at Curley’s on 26th and the Boardwalk, continues south along the Wildwood boardwalk past Mariner’s Pier, and reaches Adventure Pier for another refreshment before returning to the beach and finishing at PigDog.
The event is not timed and offers complimentary Bier at official stops for participants over 21 with valid ID, as well as complimentary Root Beer for children or adults who prefer a non-alcoholic option. Finish-line provisions include a commemorative Morey’s Boardwalk Bier Run stein filled with Bier, bottled water, giant soft pretzels, and live music. A Run & Ride bundle is available that adds one-day amusement pier admission.
Participants must complete a waiver prior to the event; a parent or guardian must complete a waiver for participants under 18. All participants are required to wear sneakers. A course map is available at check-in and directional signs will be on course. Wildwood EMS will be present. The precise course route will be finalized one week before the event.
