Morecambe 10km & 5k

The Morecambe 10km & 5k takes place on the Promenade in Morecambe and offers seaside views across the Bay. The event is UKA licensed (licence number 31360) and provides a medal to all finishers. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers. Prizes for the first veteran in each category are offered depending on entries. Course records are 31:55 for men and 39:32 for women.

The event offers two distances:

10 km - seaside road course on the Promenade
5 km - shorter seaside route on the Promenade

Entry is available online and on the day. Online entry fees may include an additional portal fee. Online fees listed are: 5k affiliated £10, 5k unaffiliated £12, 5k Lancaster Runner's Club £8; 10k affiliated £24, 10k unaffiliated £25, 10k Lancaster Runner's Club £19. On-the-day entries are cash only with fees: 5k affiliated £15, 5k unaffiliated £15, 5k Lancaster Runner's Club £10; 10k affiliated £25, 10k unaffiliated £25, 10k Lancaster Runner's Club £20.
