Morecambe 10km & 5k
The event is a seaside road race held on Station Promenade in Morecambe, opposite the Midland Hotel. The course runs along the Promenade and offers views across Morecambe Bay. The 5k follows part of the 10k route out towards Heysham and returns via the RNLI station loop before entering the finish.

Medals are presented to all finishers. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers. A first veteran prize is available in each category depending on entries. Course records are listed as male 31:55 (2024) and female 39:32.
Entry options include online entry with different fees for affiliated club athletes, unaffiliated athletes, and Lancaster Runner's Club members; online fees may include an additional small portal fee. Entries on the day are accepted as cash only with set on-the-day fees for each distance and category. The event operates a no refunds, swaps or deferrals policy.
