Morecambe 10km & 5k
The event takes place on 7th June 2026 at Station Promenade, LA4 4DB. It offers two distances:
- 10km
- 5k
The course starts and finishes on the Promenade and runs along the seafront with views across the Bay. The race holds a UKA licence number #29955. A course map is provided by the organiser. All finishers receive a medal. Recorded course times are 31.55 (male, 2024) and 39.32 (female).
Entries, fees and prizes
Online entry fees for the 5k are: affiliated athletes £10, unaffiliated athletes £12, Lancaster Runner's Club £8. Online entry fees for the 10k are: affiliated athletes £21, unaffiliated athletes £23, Lancaster Runner's Club £17. Some online portals may add a small fee.
Entries on the day are cash only. On-the-day fees for the 5k are £15 for affiliated and unaffiliated athletes, £10 for Lancaster Runner's Club athletes. On-the-day fees for the 10k are £25 for affiliated and unaffiliated athletes, £20 for Lancaster Runner's Club athletes. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers. A first veteran prize is offered in each category, depending on entry. The organiser operates a no refunds, swaps or deferrals policy.
