Moosup Valley All Trail Race
The event takes place on the newly restored Moosup Valley State Park Trail in Sterling, CT, with parking and the start/finish at Weidele's Pizza and Pub, 50 Main Street. Races are held entirely on state park trail terrain and include separate courses for several distances.

Course details note that the 5K and 8K cross two back roads toward Rhode Island and the 10K crosses one road toward Moosup. There are five water stations along the courses. After the races, participants may choose a medallion or a quality tee shirt; registration by September 15 is required to secure shirt size. Food and beverages are available at Weidele's Pizza and Pub, and cookies and lemonade are provided for children after the Kids Fun Run. Announcements of winners take place at the restaurant lawn and picnic tables.
Proceeds support The Rotary Club of Plainfield, CT Foundation, which focuses on addressing food insecurity and providing women's health products for underserved members of the local community. Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
