Event Overview
The Moosup Valley All Trail Race takes place on September 27, 2026, in Moosup, Connecticut. The event offers three races: a 5K, an 8K, and a 10K, along with a Kids Fun Run. All races are run entirely on trails.
Course and Venue
The course uses the newly restored Moosup Valley State Park Trail. The event is described as 100% trail, crossing only one dead-end road (Barber Hill Road). The trail entrance serves as both the starting and finishing line for all races. Parking is available at Griswold Products, located at 3 River Street in Moosup.
Participant Amenities
After the race, all runners receive a choice of a medallion or a quality t-shirt, plus food and beverage at Moosup Rotary Park on 15 Prospect Street, a short walk from the finish line. Registration by September 15 is required to secure a t-shirt size. The Kids Fun Run has no entry fee.
Additional Details
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome. Proceeds from the event support The Rotary Club of Plainfield, CT Foundation, which focuses on addressing food insecurity and providing women's health products for the local underserved community.
