Moosup Valley 10K All Trail Race

PBA 5K, 8K and 10K Race & 2 Town Walk/Run
This event offers multiple run and walk options in Sterling and Moosup, with registration and bib pickup at Weidele's Restaurant. Organizers request a donation for a food packaging event on March 6 to support five local food pantries.

One 5K starts at the Moosup trailhead on the Moosup Valley State Park Trail and proceeds to Sterling; participants who start in Moosup will be offered a ride back to their car after the race. A new early-start 5K option allows participants to complete a 5K from Sterling to Moosup and then run a second 5K back to Sterling as a separate race; staff will record the bib number when the second run begins. Registration and bib pickup for all races take place at Weidele's Restaurant, with morning check-in available.
On-site food and beverage plans include coffee, bagels, bananas, breakfast calzone, and later artisan pizza, grinders and salads. Beer and a tee shirt are listed for several events; the first beer is complimentary. There is no confirmed timing company, so organizers may hand time and will post results online immediately. Age groups are Male, Female, Non Binary: 19 and under, 20 to 59, and 60 and over. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
