The Moosup Valley 5k and 10K All Trail Race takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, in Moosup, CT. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Kids Fun Run
All races use the newly restored Moosup Valley State Park Trail. The trail entrance serves as the starting and finishing line for all events. The course is entirely on trail and crosses one dead-end road, Barber Hill Road.
Additional information
Parking is available at Griswold Products, 3 River Street, Moosup CT. After the race, participants are offered a choice of a medallion or a tee shirt and food and beverage at Moosup Rotary Park, 15 Prospect Street, a short walk from the finish. To secure a specific shirt size, registration must be completed by September 15. Proceeds support The Rotary Club of Plainfield, CT Foundation, which focuses on food insecurity and women’s health products for underserved members of the local community. Leashed, well behaved dogs are welcome.
