Moosehead Marathon
The Moosehead Marathon takes place in Greenville, Maine on Sunday, June 13, 2027. The start and finish area is at Greenville Consolidated Schools, 130 Pritham Ave; parking will be available on-site.

The marathon follows two complete loops of the course for a total of 26.2 miles and an elevation gain of 1,838 ft. The half marathon is one loop of 13.1 miles with an elevation gain of 919 ft. The 5k uses the first 3.1 miles of the marathon course. The 10k is two laps of that same 3.1-mile loop. Water and aid stations will be available along the course. Bikers and cyclists are not permitted on the course during the races.
Bib and T-shirt pickup is available the day before the race at Greenville Consolidated School from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; pickup is also available on race morning starting at 7:30 AM. The full marathon has a 6-hour cutoff and the half marathon has a 5-hour cutoff. Awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each event; age group awards are to be determined based on registration numbers. The race is not USA Track and Field certified in its first year, and it will not serve as a Boston Marathon qualifier in this initial year.
