Montlake Turkey Trot
Montlake Turkey Trot is a community fundraiser owned by the University District Food Bank held on November 26, 2026, at East Lynn Street and 25th Avenue East in Seattle. The event serves as one of the Food Bank's largest annual fundraisers; every dollar beyond operating costs returns to the local community. Current fundraising progress shows $3,591.34 raised toward a $25,000 goal.
The course runs through the Washington Park Arboretum on the traditional lands of the Coast Salish peoples and highlights fall foliage, large trees, ponds, creeks, and open fields. Dogs are not allowed due to insurance requirements. Strollers are permitted but must start at the back of the race corral; participants are advised that arboretum trails can be muddy and that strollers should be suitable for variable path surfaces and for cool, wet weather.
