Montgomery County All Paws 3K
The Montgomery County All Paws 3K is the 2nd annual community fundraising event for the Montgomery County Animal Shelter and Love of Paws, held on September 25, 2026, at Easy Walker Park, 1395 Osborne Road, Mount Sterling, KY. The event raises funds to help offset spay and neuter costs for animals in the organizations' care.
Distances offered:
- 3K Run/Walk - 1.86 miles on a paved course through the park
- Kid's Dash - 200 yards for young children, participation medal provided
- Virtual Runner/Walker - 1.86 miles, virtual participants receive a mailed commemorative shirt with a $25 donation
Event features include commemorative unisex T shirts in sizes S through 3XL while supplies last, awards for top finishers overall and by age group, and a raffle. Age group awards cover standard ranges from youth through 70 and over. Runners, walkers, dogs on fixed length leashes, and strollers are welcomed. Adoptable pets will be present at the event.
Additional provisions include free race photos, energy teas from a local vendor, drinks and snacks, and a volunteer program seeking individuals to work 3-hour shifts the evening of the race. 3K pricing is listed as early bird $25 through August 1, 2026, and $30 thereafter through the event date.
