Monster Mile Walk for a Cause & 5K
The Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition will hold the Monster Mile Walk for a Cause & 5K on October 11, 2026, at Dover Motor Speedway, 1 Monster Mile Drive, Dover, DE 19901. The event raises funds for DBCC's statewide programs and resources for Delawareans affected by breast cancer, including education, screening, patient navigation, and survivorship services.
The 2026 program includes two distances:
- 1 Mile Walk - Untimed, fee $25
- 5K Run/Walk - Timed, fee $35
Registration windows differ by event. Registration for the 1 Mile opens July 8, 2026; registration for the 5K opens July 7, 2026. Both registrations close October 10, 2026. The Speedway venue provides a place to walk and race on the track. The event will recognize survivors and honor loved ones. Participants may form teams to support fundraising and participation, and funds raised will support DBCC services across Delaware. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
