Monster Mash - Batavia, Illinois
Monster Mash is a community running event held in Batavia, Illinois at the Peg Bond Center, 151 N Island Ave, 60510. The event includes multiple race distances and a kids dash and takes place on October 4, 2026. Pre-race packet pick up is scheduled for October 1, 2026 at Dick Pond Athletics in St. Charles; race day packet pick up is available at the Peg Bond Center on the event date.
Registration offers multiple package options. Complete packages include a race shirt, finisher medal, and access to the food tent. Budget packages include a finisher medal and food tent but do not include a race shirt. A separate kids race is offered for ages 2 to 6.

Awards and finishers: the kids run provides a cotton race shirt, a custom finisher medal, and sunglasses. The 5K presents top overall awards plus first through third in age groups ranging from 10 & under to 80 & over. The 10K presents top overall awards plus first through third in age groups ranging from 14 & under to 80 & over. Event photographs from 2026 will be available the day after the race.
