Monster Mash, Batavia, Illinois
Monster Mash is a multi-distance running event held at the Peg Bond Center in Batavia, Illinois. The event program includes the following race options:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 10K Run
- Kids Dash for ages 2 to 6
Registration is offered in multiple packages. The Complete package includes a race shirt, finisher medal, and access to the food tent. The Budget package includes a finisher medal and food tent but does not include a race shirt. A separate entry is listed for the kids race.
Packet pickup is scheduled at a pre-race location in St. Charles on the Thursday before the event and at the Peg Bond Center on race day. Photographs from the 2026 event are listed as available the day after the race.
Awards are provided for the timed events. Both the 5K and the 10K list top overall male and top overall female awards, plus first through third place awards in age group categories. All children in the Kids Dash receive a cotton race shirt, a custom finisher medal, and sunglasses.
