Monster Mash
Monster Mash is a road-race event held on Sunday, October 4, 2026 at the Peg Bond Center in Batavia, Illinois. The event offers multiple race options and on-site services including packet pick up, awards, and race-day food.
The race includes these distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 10K Run
- Kids Dash for ages 2 to 6
Registration offers multiple package types. The Complete Package for 5K and 10K includes a race shirt, a finisher medal, and access to a food tent. Budget packages for the 5K and 10K include a finisher medal and food tent but do not include a race shirt. The Kids Race fee is listed for ages 2 to 6 and includes a cotton race shirt, a custom finisher medal, and sunglasses for all participants.
Awards include Top Overall Male and Top Overall Female in both the 5K and 10K. The 5K awards also place 1st through 3rd in age groups from 10 and under up to 80 and over. The 10K awards place 1st through 3rd in age groups from 14 and under up to 80 and over.
