Monster Dash - Ravenna
Monster Dash is a family-oriented autumn running event in Ravenna, Ohio on October 18, 2026. The event includes a timed, measured 5k run/walk and a short kids race for children 12 and under. Costumes are encouraged.
Distances:
- 3.1 Miles 5k Run/Walk, timed on a measured course
- 0.5 Miles (800 meters) Kid's Run for ages 12 and under
Registered participants receive a T-shirt and a finisher medal; post-race food and overall and age-group awards are provided. Registration fees listed by the organizer are $30 for the 5k and $10 for the Kid's Run. Registration opens May 8, 2026; the 5k registration closes October 17, 2026 and the Kid's Run registration closes October 18, 2026. Participants who register by October 1 are guaranteed a shirt and medal.
Early packet pick up is available on Friday, October 16 at UH Portage Main Lobby and on race morning at the venue. The course is described as measured and the event includes official timing and age-group awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
