Monster Dash - Morningside-Lenox Park 5K
The Monster Dash is the fourth annual Halloween 5K run and walk held in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta on October 24, 2026. The event features a chip timed 5K course that starts and finishes at the Morningside Farmers Market at Morningside Presbyterian Church, 1411 N Morningside Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30306.
Packet pick-up is available at Morningside Presbyterian Church on the two days before the race, Thursday and Friday, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Strollers and well behaved leashed dogs are permitted on the course. Participants may create or join groups; there is a group discount for three or more registrants.
Event proceeds support the Morningside-Lenox Park Association (MLPA). Event swag includes a race t-shirt described as The Most Spooktacular T-Shirt; a youth-sized t-shirt option is available for a fee.
Registration pricing varies by date: adult registration ranges from $35 to $50 depending on registration timing, youth 12 and under pay a reduced fee for the 5K, and the Kids Dash entry is free though registration is required. The race listing notes stroller and dog access, chip timing, and a separate Kids Dash for younger participants.
