Monaca Community Development Corporation Downtown Dash 5K Run/Walk
The Downtown Dash 5K run/walk begins at the fountain on George Washington Plaza in Monaca, Pennsylvania. The course is an out-and-back route and includes updates from the previous year.
The event is organized by the Monaca Community Development Corporation. Funds raised will support downtown development through small grants for local business improvements and by bringing the arts into the community with murals, events, music and other activities.
Registration opens January 31, 2026 and closes June 19, 2026. The listed registration fee is $25.00, and same-day registration is available at $30.00. Race day packet pick up is available at George Washington Plaza.
Awards are presented to the top three overall male and female finishers and to the top three in each age group: 1-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Awards are given after the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
