Mom Day 5K, 10K + Kiddo Dash
The Mom Day 5K, 10K + Kiddo Dash takes place on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at the Westerville Sports Complex in Westerville, Ohio. This is the third annual edition of the event and it includes in-person and virtual race options.
The event program includes:

The event supports maternal mental health and identifies itself as a gathering for people affected by pregnancy and postpartum struggles. Specific issues named include miscarriages, stillbirths, hyperemesis gravidarum, infertility, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, and isolation. Family members, caregivers, fur moms, and others are mentioned as part of the intended community.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to POEM Ohio. POEM Ohio offers support, resources, referrals, and community to help moms and birthing persons in Ohio feel heard, understood, and empowered.
After the races there is a Celebration of Motherhood Village where local small businesses and nonprofits will showcase services. The village will offer food and coffee for sale, complimentary post race snacks, photo opportunities, mocktails, flowers, and additional community stalls.
