Mocksville Shamrock Run
The Mocksville Shamrock Run is a 5k race in Mocksville, North Carolina. The event takes place on March 14, 2026. The event is organized by the Mocksville Rotary Club, with proceeds benefiting the local charities Family Promise of Davie County and Impact.
The route is described as a flat run through downtown Mocksville, going down Main Street to the Greenways at Rich Park, passing by Mocksville Elementary School and the YMCA with a slight incline, and returning to downtown.
There is a single event distance:
- 5k (timed)
Registration pricing follows a tiered schedule:
- $30 for early registration until March 1.
- $35 from March 2 to March 13.
- $40 on race day.
A t-shirt is available for orders placed by March 1 to guarantee a shirt in sizes S, M, L, or XL. Packet pickup is available at O’Callahans (115 N Main St, Mocksville) on March 13 from 4 PM to 7 PM, and on race day from 7 AM until the start.
Awards are given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall male and female finishers. Age group awards are also available for the following categories: Under 18, 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-64, and Over 65.
The event is also the official 5k for the Davie County Senior Games. Davie County residents aged 50 or older can register for the Senior Games with an additional fee, which includes a separate t-shirt and two meals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
