Mocksville Shamrock Run
The Mocksville Shamrock Run is a community 5K race held in Mocksville, North Carolina on March 13, 2027. The event begins and ends in downtown Mocksville at 115 North Main St, Mocksville NC 27028.
The course follows Main Street to the Greenways at Rich Park, includes a slight incline by Mocksville Elementary School and the YMCA, and returns to downtown. The race is a timed 5K covering approximately 3.1 miles.
The event is organized by the Mocksville Rotary Club and benefits local charities Family Promise of Davie County and Impact. Registration opens August 10, 2026. Fees are tiered by date: $30 through February 28, 2027; $35 from March 1 through March 12; and $40 on race day. A t-shirt order deadline to guarantee a shirt is March 1.
Packet pickup is available the day before at O'Callahans, 115 N Main St, Mocksville NC, and on race day during the morning hours. Awards are presented to the top three men and top three women overall, plus age group awards for Under 18, 18 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 64, and Over 65.
This race is a certified Davie County Senior Games event. Davie County residents aged 50 or older may register for the Senior Games for an additional $15 fee that includes a Senior Games t shirt and two meals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
