MOBIUS Marathon in Falls Township Park
MOBIUS is a certified full marathon held at Falls Township Park in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The field is limited to 200 participants. The course uses a short loop plus repeated laps to make a certified marathon distance, with a one-mile loop followed by eight laps of 3.15 miles that start and finish at a common point. Course certification was performed by a World Athletics "A" certifier and the race will be USATF sanctioned and BQ eligible.
The course is 7 to 9 feet wide and has a highest-to-lowest elevation difference of 14 feet. A personal bottle station is available each loop with space for eight bottles in a caddy; an additional neutral aid station provides water on the north loop. The event uses Chronotrack chip timing with individual starts and offers paced groups ranging from about 2:30 up to over 3:25 hours. The course limit is 3 hours 25 minutes.
Packet pick-up, a technical meeting, and bottle drop take place Saturday evening at the host hotel Villanova Room. The host hotel listed is Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne with a quoted room rate of $140. Parking at the venue is limited; athlete buses will run from the host hotel.
