5k Fun Run x 56 Brewing : MN Brewery Running Series
This is an untimed 5K-ish fun run starting and ending at 56 Brewing in Northeast Minneapolis on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Participants may run, walk, or jog a marked route; the course is open and participants are asked to follow traffic laws and stay aware. Final course details and parking information will be emailed the week of the event.
Registration includes one craft beverage from 56 Brewing with non-alcoholic options available, plus a collector’s pint glass or Brewery Running Series swag item. Participants also receive access to a post-run celebration featuring music, giveaways, and a community atmosphere at the brewery. 56 Brewing is described as a neighborhood microbrewery with a welcoming taproom, a spacious patio adjacent to community gardens, and a rotating lineup of beers that includes hop-forward IPAs, crisp lagers, and seasonal brews made with locally sourced ingredients when possible.
The event is organized by the Minnesota Brewery Running Series, whose stated mission is to be active, have fun, and give back. A portion of every registration supports local nonprofits; Brewery Running Series events have raised more than $700,000 for local causes to date. Additional event notes: ID is required to drink alcohol (21+), the event is rain or shine, registration is limited, and refunds are available up to seven days before the event.
