The 22nd annual MK5K takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, in Addison, Texas at The Mary Kay Building, South Lawn, 16251 Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001. The event offers in person participation in Addison, the option to organize a local 5K in another community, or to join virtually from anywhere.

All MK5K proceeds benefit the Mary Kay Ash Foundation. The event lists a fundraising goal of $250,000. The organizer notes a collectible participant t shirt for 2026; the first 2,500 participants are guaranteed a t shirt while sizes last, and shirts are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
The Mary Kay Ash Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization that funds cancer research and clinical trials for women related cancers and supports efforts to end domestic violence. Since 1996 the foundation has contributed more than $100 million to aligned organizations. The foundation also supports awareness initiatives, community outreach programs, and advocacy for legislation, and operates global charitable foundations in Brazil, Canada, China and the United States.
