MK5K Run and Family Fun Walk
The 17th Annual MK5K Run and Family Fun Walk is an in person event presented by Leading Edge Credit Union in support of the Southwest Crisis Center and the Mary Kay Foundation. The event takes place during the Nobles County Fair at Nobles County Fairgrounds, 1600 Stower Drive, Worthington, Minnesota on August 5, 2026.

Registration opens May 5, 2026 and closes August 5, 2026. The base registration fee is $30.00; an additional $2.80 online processing fee applies for registrations completed before August 5 (11:59 pm August 5). Same day registration is available at the registration table for $40.00.
All proceeds will go toward providing emergency safe housings and other support programs for people and families experiencing domestic and sexual violence. After the event, sponsors, participants, staff, board members, and volunteers gather near the start and finish area. Refreshments are provided by Forbidden Barrel Brewing Company including beer and root beer for adults and root beer for youth. Primp Salon provides a special promotion to be distributed to runners and walkers the night of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
