2026 MK5K Run & Family Fun Walk
The 17th annual MK5K Run & Family Fun Walk is an in-person event on August 5, 2026 at the Nobles County Fairgrounds in Worthington, Minnesota. The event supports the Southwest Crisis Center and the Mary Kay Foundation and offers both a running and walking option.

Registration opens May 5 and closes August 5. The entry fee is $30 plus a $2.80 online fee for registrations completed before August 5. Same-day registration is available at the registration table for $40.
All proceeds go toward providing emergency safe-housings and other support programs for people experiencing domestic and sexual violence and their families. After the event there is a gathering at the start/finish area with sponsors, participants, staff, board members, and volunteers to recognize community support. Refreshments are provided by Forbidden Barrel Brewing Company, including beer and root beer for adults and root beer for youth.
