Missoula YMCA Riverbank Run 2026
The Missoula YMCA Riverbank Run is scheduled for April 25, 2026, in Missoula, Montana. The event is the 54th annual Riverbank Run and offers both in-person and virtual participation. Virtual participants may complete the event on or before race day by running the official course or an equal distance of their choosing.
All in-person races begin in downtown Missoula at Higgins and Broadway and finish at the Boone and Crockett Club near the river trail. Race options include three standard distances and a combined challenge called the Trifecta, which includes all three distances in sequence.
Youth pricing applies for participants 12 years and under; youth entries for the 10K, 5K, and 1 mile are offered at a reduced fee and include a race shirt. Registration for all participants includes a commemorative race T-shirt. In-person Trifecta finishers receive a commemorative long sleeve shirt at the finish, while virtual Trifecta participants receive the long sleeve shirt at packet pick up.
Packet pick up is available at SCHEELS in the days prior to race day and there is race day packet pick up at the start area. The Riverbank Run is a fundraiser for the Missoula Family YMCA and proceeds support local youth programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
