Heart Throb 5K

The Heart Throb 5K is scheduled for Saturday, February 14, 2026, in Missoula, Montana. The course is a loop through Fort Missoula Regional Park at 4095 South Avenue West and is described as a fast, flat route.

This edition is the Gay 80s theme. Participants are invited to wear 1980s themed apparel, rainbow clothing, or other festive outfits. Prizes are planned for best dressed and group outfits are encouraged.

A portion of race proceeds will go to The Center. The Center offers an open, affirming environment for people of all sexual orientations and gender identity expressions and supports identity development, self-care, empowerment, leadership development, and wellness.
