Event overview
The Missoula Marathon Weekend of Events is organized by Run Wild Missoula and presented by Young Autogroup & Young Powersports Missoula. The weekend takes place in late June 2026 (June 26-28, 2026). The full marathon course is described as flat, fast, USATF certified and a Boston Qualifier. The half marathon course is also described as flat, fast and USATF certified. The event includes wheelchair and handcycle divisions for the marathon and half marathon. Run Wild Missoula notes a training class offered since 2007 that is tailored specifically for the Missoula Marathon and Half Marathon.

Registration opened September 15, 2025. Listed entry fees include $115 for the marathon and $105 for the half marathon, with those fees increasing after December 31, 2025. The Tony Banovich 5K fee is listed as $37 (youth rate $20 for ages 0-19) with the price increasing after February 15, 2026. VIP packages are offered for the marathon and half marathon with separate fees and limited spots. The Kids Marathon registration fee is listed as $10 and is open to children 12 and under.
